QMS

In a quality management system (QMS) audit, a supplier is audited in accordance with audit standards formed based on concerns of buyers on suppliers in international trade. An audit is conducted through factory interviews, data surveys, data collection, or otherwise. The audit results quantify true capabilities of a supplier. Such results include quantitative scores of all capabilities and dynamic operating results.

We will assess customers' quality management systems and provide recommendations for improvement. Our assessment is performed based on the ISO9001 Quality Management System standard and prevailing industry specifications, subject to customers' requirements. The customer's template format or Benchmarks' proprietary template format may be adopted for an assessment report, or the report may be prepared according to the customer's requirements.

At the same time, in order to provide professional auditing services for brands, retailers, and other customers in a fairer and more transparent manner, we, as an independent third-party audit company, have been fully accredited under the requirements and code of conduct by the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA).
