Initial Production Inspection(IPC)

What is initial production inspection IPC)

Initial production check (IPC) is a field product inspection conducted before production and when production is 10-20% complete.

This step performs an initial inspection of all the machinery equipment and materials that you will need to use in your production process. It is also the first step to ensure that your product quality is consistent throughout the production process. Inspection in the early stage of production helps identify problems as early as possible, so that the problems can be corrected and improved before mass production, and that you can avoid import risks of high costs.

Benchmarks carries out all inspections in accordance with the internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1): statistical sampling procedures.
