作为本臻力行有限公司维护公正性委员会成员，郑重声明如下：

As a member of the Justice Committee of Benchmarks, I solemnly declare as follows:

一、严格遵守本臻力行有限公司《手册》及程序文件中有关公正性和保密方面的规定；Strictly abide by the regulations on impartiality and confidentiality in the ‘BMFSC-01-01 General Procedures’ and procedure documents of BM;

二、如本人存在以下影响认证审核公正性的情况，应事先报告公司：If I have the following situations that affect the impartiality of certification audit, I shall report to the company in advance:

1）本人与受审核组织存在某种经济、商务或其他利益关系；I have some economic, commercial or other interest relationship with the audited organization;

2）其他可能影响公正性的行为。Other behaviors that may affect fairness.

三、严格履行监督职能，切实维护认证活动的公正性；Strictly perform the supervision function, and effectively maintain the fairness of certification activities;

四、对在维护公正性工作中接触的受审核组织的特定产品技术或受审核组织的信息，在未经受审核组织同意的情况下，不得透露给第三方；如需将信息提供给第三方时，应通知受审核组织所要提供的信息；The specific product technology of the audited organization or the information of the audited organization contacted in the work of maintaining impartiality shall not be disclosed to a third party without the consent of the audited organization; if the information needs to be provided to a third party, the audited organization shall be informed of the information to be provided;

五、除BM书面授权外，不将公司的管理体系文件、资料或计划透露给第三方。Except for the written authorization of Benchmarks, the company's management system documents, or plans shall not be disclosed to a third party.
